Got my cheap ass ebay lights. Output is better than stock halogen even with this garbage ass $20 hid kit that's in currently. I'm satisfied with the $250 or less I paid for them. Can't remember price exactly. But that was with hids included ( which are very low end hids) just make sure when buying amazon or ebay halo lights that the halo is ccfl. There's a ton of led halo lights on there that have very dim halos

I've been looking at the ANZO Halo CCFL Lights too. And I noticed two different models (besides Clear & Smoked).

Does anyone know the difference between "Projector Halo" and "Projector G2 Halo"?

IMHO, y'all would be much happier with your investment by going with a retrofit from a reputable company. If you keep the retro simple, you can get away for under $800.

I have a lot of experience with these and other aftermarket heads (I'm a bit of a lighting fanatic), and none of the aftermarket companies really surpass the lighting output of the stock halogen lights. This is due to the fact that these lights are designed for aesthetics and not function. The light output of a retro fit easily justifies the extra cost. Seeing that deer/car up ahead a few seconds earlier could mean the lives of you and your passengers...
