Sorry worded that weird maybe, trucks been parked for about 2 months. The first week I had the hood open the coolant was where it was supposed to be, it’s now empty but there is no leaks!
If it's completely empty, then you'd have to fill it to confirm the most notorious leak. Really slow and often unnoticed because it never hits the ground. But that hose below it? (the expansion tank itself)

No I’m certain there’s no external leaks I’ve checked over everything, there’s no drips in the engine bay or onto the ground. An entire expansion tank of coolant is quite a bit as well! Very confused where is can just disappear too!

Great place for mounting switches! That’s where mine are. Out of curiosity, where’d you run through the firewall?

Yep I agree, nice and easily accessible! I drilled a hole just big enough for the wire through the rubber boot that surrounds what I can only think is the main wiring harness coming through the firewall on the drivers side!

well thanks to @Blown F-150 the rear shocks are rebuilt! Put them in this evening!

They were about 3” too long with the leafs at full droop so I had to get creative with my second jack and a ratchet strap, there was no way I was compressing them by hand!

Also a side note you cannot run Stifflers traction bars and the raptor roost guards, the make contact!

Got started on the last big-ish project right after, took the front driveshaft out and drained the t-case. Tomorrow I will hopefully get the clutches replaced with the new pack. I was getting a burning smell only on 4wd launches so the only culprit that made sense was the transfer case clutches!

Aah. My High Beam Relay is fed through (1 wire). The rest (4 runs of 3@18G Wire) come through just in front of the brake pedal through an OEM hole in the lower firewall. It’s a PITA. I have to pull it because it’s leaking...haha.

Well all done swapping the clutches in the transfer case, just waiting for the rtv to cure before I refill it. Below I’m pushing on the chain of the 4A transfer case (bw4417) next the the normal 4wd transfer case (bw4419).

old clutch next to the new one, I should have got a picture with them open there is a ring around each disc on the new one that seems to be completely worn off the old ones.

Now I’m just finishing rebuilding the automatic running boards, they’re completely apart and just waiting for new pivot bushings to show up!

When you said you thought your t case was out, i thought that was wrong. I forgot you have platinum that uses 4 auto. Junk it and go to traditional.

I had my runing boards water blasted and then line x them. In my thread.

Nah, as you can see I’ve got the standard tcase as a backup but I just put the new clutches in the 4A tcase and don’t have a reason not to run it.

You put power running boards on your tremor?! I think that’s a first, although water blasting and line x’ing won’t fix the issues they have with seizing in cold weather, I’m sure it’s great for steel running boards that rust.

I'm sure I'm just missing something, but given the choice, I'd keep my 4A over not having it. But I'm someone who actually prefers the "awd" nature of scatting around town. Especially in rain.

Yeah I have no reason not to use the 4A transfer case!
That being said when I’ve driven it in the winter I just use 4H anyway I find the delay between slippage and 4wd engaging when using 4A to be too slow!

Me too but I’m not a hard core off-roader. Can’t drive at all right now.

Well that sucks ! I hope you heal quickly.
Thank you @Arkansas Eco, I’m hoping for the same. It hurts more today than yesterday but I’m hoping for a quick mend. Surgeon was pleased and that’s a good place to start.
