Don’t know if this is worth a thing but take a look at the first comment below this YouTube video. This guy claims to have found a band-aid.

Don’t know about these, don’t think the set will fit but this company may point, HA, point you somewhere: 07-13 Ford,GM & Hummer Models Speedometer Replacement Needles - DASHBOARD INSTRUMENT CLUSTER

Saw a company that says they’ll repair it for $175 with 7-10 business day turn around.

Ebay shows a set that claims to fit a 2011 F150. The pic doesn’t look the same but may be generic. I tried to paste the link here but it was about 10 miles long. I simply searched for 2011 F150 speedometer needle. Was only about $11.

Okay. I’ll leave you alone for now.

$2 rubber bands vs. $1000 repair? That works for me! I saw that video but never checked the comments. The rubber bands will definitely do what I was shooting for with the heat-shrink but I think the heat-sink will last longer. Thanks for the needle link as well!

Take a look at that eBay set. Maybe it’s only for the Raptor.

EDIT: Yeah it’s only for the Raptor. Sorry.

That's okay, I appreciate the research! We're in the process of moving so it'll be a couple weeks before I can pop it out but I will definitely provide an update. For now the GPS is keeping me in check.
