Yeah the cargo deck is awesome. I haven't towed with my two motorcycles up there yet tho. I have the 1130# hitch as well. The trailer is 5600# dry and has a 9400# GVWR. Even if I did load up to the 9400# I'd still be withing the hitch limits. Close but should be good. Thanks for info too.
I think you may be confusing Trailer Tow Limits and Hitch Limits. Your Trailer Tow Limit (if it is a 4X4) is most likely 11,100lbs since it looks like you have the Max Tow package (based on your signature). But your Receiver Hitch Weight (tongue weight) is the 1,130 pounds that we have talked about.
My point has been that I think your tongue weight of 1,130 could be an issue way before the Max Trailer Towing Limit or the GVWR.
I am guessing that a trailer like yours with the cargo deck is designed with more weight in the back of the trailer to offer a lower tongue weight. You typically want your tongue weight to be 10%-15% of the trailer weight. Unloaded this would put the recommended Hitch Weight at 560-840lbs.
But, even if your tongue weight is 500lbs (just guessing). Add the weight of your WDH, two full propane tanks, a battery, and a motorcycle or two onto the cargo deck, you will hit the 1,130lb Max Tongue Weight pretty fast.
My 32' TT is 6600 dry with 958lbs of tongue weight and I am most likely just under my max or even a hair over the 1,130 Max Tongue Weight.
